International Summer School “Startup”

An international summer school “Startup” will be opened at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University on September 10, at 9 am. Rector of TSU, George Sharvashidze, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Prof. Giorgi Gaganidze and Head of the Management and Administration Department, Prof. Davit Narmania will make opening speeches.

The international summer school, which is co-organized by the TSU Faculty of Economics and Business and Koblenz University of Applied Sciences (Germany), will last till September 15.

Georgian, German and Azerbaijani students will participate. Professors Magdalena Stülb, Gabriele Wolff and Sven Binder of Koblenz University of Applied Sciences have been invited to deliver lectures. The lectures will be followed by discussions on the experience of startups in Georgia and European countries. The summer school participants will have an opportunity to visit various enterprises in Tbilisi.

A working language is English. Certificates will be awarded to the participants.
