President Awards Winners of Essay Contest “From Independence to Freedom – 100 Years of the Republic”

Georgian President Giorgi Margvelashvili has awarded the winners of an essay contest “From Independence to Freedom - 100 Years of the Republic”. The awards ceremony was held at the presidential palace on August 24.  

Two students of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University – Nani Manvelishvili and Lana Kapanadze became the winners of the first and the second places.

The prize winners were awarded with a cash prize.

The essay contest for students, professors and teachers was financed by the President’s Reserve Fund and it was implemented by the Education and Awareness Raising Institute (EARI).
