Resumption of On-Campus Classes Depends on Coronavirus-related Restrictions

The May 4 order issued by the Rector of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University has defined the spring semester academic calendar. According to the order, the terms of the spring semester will remain unchanged. As already announced, the learning process will end on June 27 and will be followed by an examination period. 

In addition, the Parliament of Georgia has decided to extend the state of emergency through May 22 that was reflected in the Rector’s order. 

Resumption of on-campus classes depends on the epidemiological situation in the country as well as on the restrictions imposed within the frames of the state of emergency.
