EBRD 2013 International Professionals Programme
EBRD will be launching the 2013 International Professionals Programme next week – an exciting development programme for 12 junior professionals.
Candidates recruited to the 2013 programme will undergo an intensive development programme and will be assigned to an area of the Bank relevant to their professional background and career aspirations.
In 2013, the candidates will be hosted by Banking (9), VP Policy (1), the Office of the Chief Economist (1) and Portfolio Risk Management (1). IPs will rotate through three six-month placements in EBRD London Headquarters and undertake one five-month assignment in one of our countries of operations. They will start and finish the programme in London.
Throughout the programme, participants will undertake a training programme and will be assigned a Mentor. Regular networking events will help them build an invaluable base of contacts for the future.
As before, participation in the programme will be for 23 months and, at the end of the programme, high performing participants will be eligible to apply for positions at the Bank.
The recruitment campaign spans job boards with global reach as well as targeting international students and alumni from top ranking business schools. An advert will also appear in the Economist, The Japan Times and Nikkei.
Candidates will undergo rigorous testing and relevant business units will be involved in the selection process, forming part of the interview panels, which will take place in London HQ in May 2013. Successful candidates will be on-boarded in September 2013.
