The second stage of the TSU Student Project Funding Competition has been launched and it will last till April 20. The Student Project Funding Council will assess academic and cultural/sport/educational projects submitted by students during the second stage till May 1.
A new composition of the Student Project Funding Council has been approved upon the joint order of TSU Rector Giorgi Sharvashidze and Head of Administration, Nunu Ovsyannikova dated January 29, 2018. The Council will be chaired by Dean of the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, Tamar Gagoshidze.
Any student or group of students from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, who have active student status, are eligible to submit student projects.
The council members will assess academic projects under the criteria developed by the council; cultural/sport/educational projects will be assessed under the special criteria.
The Council meets three times a year to discuss the issue of funding academic and cultural/sport/educational projects. Projects submitted till February 15 will be assessed till March 1; projects submitted till April 20 will be assessed till May 1, and projects submitted till October 5 will be assessed till October 20.
